Assetz ties up a 10-acre parcel
Assetz, a Bengaluru-based residential developer, said it has tied up land belonging to Fairlark Sagar Enterprises Centroid Pvt. Ltd. within the KIADB Hardware Park. The company says the planned development will have at least 1.68 million sq ft of estimated saleable built-up area, and that it follows the response to the partners' first project in the area, Assetz Sora and Saki.
The announcement describes the site as about 15 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, within a corridor that includes facilities of Boeing, SAP Labs and Shell India Markets. It also points to the upcoming Namma Metro Blue Line, the under-construction Bagalur Cross station and the Satellite Town Ring Road. Assetz says its portfolio spans more than 50 projects and 22,000 units as of 31 August 2026.
Century unveils The Astoria in Jakkur
Century Real Estate formally introduced The Astoria at Century Immencity, a premium residential address in Jakkur. The company says it has 334 residences and has recorded bookings of more than ₹550 crore, and that it was pre-launched in July 2026 under the code name Bluemoon. Century positions the project as part of a multi-use township planned around the airport road.
Why it matters
The announcements show continued developer appetite for land and launches along the airport corridor. Knight Frank data reported by PropNewz shows North Bengaluru clearing unsold stock fastest of the three large zones in H1 2026, at 3.9 quarters, though unsold units there rose 34%. For landowners, large parcels near the airport remain in demand. Our North Bengaluru land guide explains joint development versus outright sale and lists seven checks before signing.
Falcon's note: Falcon Properties is not a party to either announcement and reports them from the public releases. Treat launch claims, such as booking values, as the developers' own until you have checked the project's K-RERA registration and approvals.
